The rules for using the service.

These terms govern the use of the Zefyr service. Read them before you create an account.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Zefyr provides a chat assistant for WooCommerce shops, through a plugin installed in your shop. The service is under active development; features may be added or changed.

3. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your credentials safe. Sharing an account with third parties is not allowed.

4. Prices and charges

During the free period every plan is activated at no charge. When payments are switched on, prices will be announced and charging will go through the payment provider. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading or malicious content.
• No attempts to get around limits, revenue or security measures.
• No use that infringes the rights of others.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to your catalogue and your content. You grant us a licence to process them only as far as is needed to provide the service.

7. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We do not replace your own judgement in your business decisions.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account for breaking the terms or for security reasons, with notice where feasible.

9. Governing law

The terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of the company’s registered seat have jurisdiction.
