Free period

You start at no charge. No payment is required before you decide.

Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard. There is no minimum term.

Refunds

For subscriptions that have been charged, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days as long as usage has been limited, as European law on digital services provides. To ask for a refund, write to support@zefyr.gr.

Malfunctions

If something is not working as it should, contact us. We will fix it or credit the period accordingly.
