Tokens

You pay for as much as the assistant talks

Tokens are the unit by which the AI's work is measured: every answer uses some, depending on its length. Every plan includes an amount for the month, and you can see at any time how many have been used and how many are left.

Questions about the plans

What counts as a shop?

One domain with its own key. The key works only on the domain it was issued for, and changing domain is allowed once every 7 days.

What are tokens and how many do I need?

Every answer the assistant gives uses tokens, depending on its length. How many you'll need depends on how much your customers talk; in the dashboard you see usage per day and per shop, so the free plan is the best way to measure it.

What happens if the tokens run out?

The chat stops answering until the month renews or you change plan. Your shop keeps working normally.

What happens if I have more shops than the plan covers?

The older shops keep working. The newer ones stop, until you upgrade the plan or remove one.

Can I change plan?

Yes, from the dashboard, whenever you like. The change applies at once to every shop on your account.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. You'll find it on the “Returns and Cancellations” page, at the bottom of every page.
