What we store on your device and why.

We keep our use of cookies and local storage to the minimum.

Essential

We store the sign-in token (session) and the theme preference, so that you stay signed in and the dashboard works properly. Without these the service does not work.

Functional

Small preferences, such as the size chosen in the chat preview. They are not used for advertising.

In the shop, the chat keeps a random identifier and the visitor’s path through the shop (pages viewed, where they came from) in the visitor’s local storage. The path is sent to the service only together with a message the visitor writes in the chat, so the merchant can see who is asking.

Analytics

We do not use third-party cookies for advertising. If analytics are added in the future, you will be informed and asked for consent.

Admin

You can delete cookies from your browser’s settings. Signing out of the dashboard does the same.
