It answers when you're away
At night, at the weekend or at peak hours: the question gets an answer the moment it is asked, not the next working day.
It answers your visitors from your own products, your own pages and your own rules, and puts what they chose in the cart.

In a physical shop they ask the salesperson. In an online shop they search on their own, send an email or simply leave. Zefyr puts an assistant in your shop that knows what you sell and answers the moment the question is asked.
At night, at the weekend or at peak hours: the question gets an answer the moment it is asked, not the next working day.
Shipping, returns, sizes, “where is my parcel”: the repeated questions are answered before they reach your inbox.
The assistant doesn't just show a link. It suggests the product, asks for size or colour and adds it to the cart from inside the conversation.
A chat for your customers, a dashboard for you and a plugin that connects them.
It finds the right product in your catalogue, with price and stock, and adds it to the cart.
Conversations, additions to the cart and sales that started in the chat, on one screen.
Install the plugin, paste the key, and the products are sent on their own.
This is what they look like in practice. The answers come from your own catalogue and your own pages, not from general knowledge.
The customer describes what they want in their own words. The assistant searches the catalogue and shows what fits, with image, price and availability.
They choose size or colour inside the chat and the product goes into the WooCommerce cart, with the stock rules you already have.
The assistant asks for the order's email or phone, to make sure it's talking to its owner, and replies with the status and the tracking number.
Shipping, returns, payment methods: whatever you write on your shop pages, the assistant knows it and tells the customer.
The assistant speaks on behalf of your shop. That's why whatever it knows, says and shows goes through your dashboard.
The plugin sends your published products to the service: names, descriptions, prices, stock, categories, brands, attributes, variations and reviews. When you change a product, the assistant learns about it about a minute later.
You write instructions for the tone and for what to stress or avoid. You teach it the words your customers use. And when you don't like an answer, you correct it: from the next conversation it follows your version.
You see what every visitor asked, what the assistant answered and what happened next: whether they added something to the cart, whether they bought, whether they were left without an answer. In every conversation you see the visitor's source, the pages they saw and a summary written by AI.
The chat takes the colours, the logo and the name of your shop. You set position, size, corners, greeting and quick questions, and see every change in a live preview before you save it.
Inside WordPress, the assistant writes a description, a short description and SEO fields for a product from its own details, or whole articles for the blog. Nothing is published on its own: the texts come as drafts and you approve them.
The service needs your catalogue and your pages, not your customers. Names and addresses never leave the shop, and an order's email or phone is sent only as a hash. You choose what is shared.
Everything a shop needs to serve and sell through a conversation.
From your catalogue, with the right price and stock.
The variation the customer picked, right from the chat.
“Where is my order?”, with its status and shipping.
From your corrections and from customers’ 👍 / 👎.

It never sends customers’ names or addresses.
Four pieces that work together, without touching any code.
The catalogue is sent in small batches, by the jobs WooCommerce already runs. The shop never exposes its catalogue to anyone.
The chat loads asynchronously, after the shop page appears.
Every shop has its own key, tied to its domain. Behind it are only its own data.

What are tokens? Every answer the assistant gives uses tokens, depending on its length. Every plan includes an amount for the month, and in the dashboard you can see at any time how many are left.
Yes. The answers are produced by the Zefyr service, so the plugin needs a site key from your account. A free plan is available.
The plugin reads the catalogue through WooCommerce and sends it in small batches in the background. A product you change is sent about a minute after you save it.
It answers only from your shop's data. When it can't find an answer, the conversation is marked as “didn't know” in the dashboard, so you can add the right one yourself.
Every answer the assistant gives uses tokens, depending on its length. Every plan includes an amount for the month. If it runs out, the chat stops answering until the month renews or you change plan.
No customer names and no addresses. An order’s e-mail and phone leave only as hashes, to check that whoever asks about an order is its owner.
The chat is independent of your theme. Adding to the cart is done by WooCommerce itself, so your stock rules and your other plugins apply as always.
In the language the shopper writes in. The chat’s buttons and labels follow the language you choose in the dashboard.
Yes. In the plugin’s settings you can switch off the chat, the products, the pages and the orders, each on its own.
Yes, from the dashboard, whenever you like. The change applies at once to every shop on your account.
Deleting the plugin removes everything it stored in the WordPress database. To delete what the service holds, delete the site in the dashboard.
The free plan includes one shop.
